    John O’Dwyer Oval is located in the Croome Road Sporting Complex, Albion Park, within the Wollongong metropolitan area.

    The oval features a grass track that is used by Albion Park Little Athletics Centre. The venue also has synthetic grass long jump run ways.

    The venue is named after former mayor of Shellharbour Council in the 1970s, John O’Dwyer.

    Ryan Gregson and Jessica Hull, who held/hold Australian open 1500m records, participated in Little Athletics at the venue.

    The venue is managed by Shellharbour Council.
