The Sylvania Waters Athletics Track was previously a rubberised bitumen surface, but was relaid with a Rekortan surface in the late 1990s. The track was most recently resurfaced in 2016. It opened in 1993, with the track being renamed after the late Kerryn McCann in 2009.
