    Brighton Little Athletics was founded in 1969 and was the third ever Little Athletics Centre in Australia.

    Brighton Little Athletics is based at Dendy Park and operates from October to March: competition on Saturday’s 8:15am to 11am (Friday twilight 6:00pm to 7:30pm) on long weekends, and training Tuesday (5:30pm to 6:30pm), Wednesday (5:00pm to 6:00pm) and Thursday (5:30pm to 6:30pm).

    Brighton Little Athletics offers;

    • Summer track and field program (Oct-Mar) and cross country in winter.

    • An encouraging fun, friendly community-based environment where we support athletes regardless of age, gender and ability.

    • Tailored event programs for all kids U6 – U17 age groups.

    • Individual and team based competition at centre, region and state.

    • Mid-week coaching with professional coaches at no extra charge.

    • Competition on Saturday morning and occasional Friday twilight.

    • To run smoothly we require all parents to get involved and volunteer.
