    The Penguin Athletic Track is located in Penguin on the north-west coast of Tasmania.

    The track is part of the Dial Regional Sports Complex in the town which has a population of less than 4,000 people. The venue is managed by the Central Coast Council.

    World Athletics Class 2 Facility The track is a Spurtan BS surface and is a World Athletics Class 2 Certified Facility.

    • 29 December 2020: Stewart McSweyn set an Australian all-comers record, and world leading time for 2020, in the mile with a run of 3:50.61 at the Penguin Carnival.
