    World Athletics Class 2 Facility The track was formerly a Sportflex Super X surface but was resurfaced in May 2022 to be a Rekortan M surface. The venue is a World Athletics Class 2 Certified Facility. The shot put circle at the finishing line is not certified for use in competition.       Casual users can hire the track through the South West Sports Centre, go to reception.
      If the SWSC is closed you will not be able to hire it.
      Also be aware that the two local athletics clubs have permanent bookings, which may limit your access.
