    The Victorian Track & Field Championships have been held since 1891.

    The meet has incorporated both male and female genders since 1983. Prior to this time, separate men’s and women’s championships were conducted.

    The meet is conducted over two consecutive weekends across age groups for U17 to U20: 14-16 February and for U13-U16 and Open: 21-23 February.

    The meet is conducted by Athletics Victoria and accrues World Athletics Category D ranking points in the open age group.
