John Landy Athletics Field is located in Geelong, Victoria. It is named after 1956 Olympic 1500m bronze medalist, John Landy, who was the second man to ever break four minutes for the mile. The Victorian Under 14 to Under 18 Championships are conducted in single year age groups, with athletes needing to be under the age at 31 December in the year of the competition. The Victorian 5000m Championships feature graded races that culiminate in the Victorian titles for the distance. The NSW All Schools is the state athletics championship for secondary school students, incorporating students from all sectors of the education system, including Government, Catholic & Independent Schools.
