    The Waratah Sportsground is located in Orange in central-west NSW. The venue features a grass athletics track.

    The track is marked within the footprint of a soccer pitch and has long, wide bends and shorter than usual straights. Throwing circles and long jump runways are located external to the track.

    The facility is managed by the Waratah Sports Club, which was established in 1983 and has a lease of crown land for sporting facilities and a licensed club.
