The Bill Jacobs Athletics Centre is located in Wagga Wagga in the Riverina region of New South Wales.
The venue was established in 1988 and features a well maintained grass track and synthetic long jump run ways.
The venue was originally named Jubilee Park and was renamed in 2021 in memory of Bill Jacobs, who was a local athletics coach and played a role in the development of the venue.
It was announced in June 2022 that a synthetic track surface will be laid at the venue as part of a $7.74m NSW government grant that also sees the local tennis club upgraded.
The venue is managed by Wagga City Council.
The venue finished 6th in Australia’s Favourite Grass Track in 2021.
