Jack Cook Memorial Park is located in the Brisbane suburb of Toowong and features a grass track.
An athletics track has existed at the venue since at least 1918 and was previously known as Heroes Park until being renamed in 1984. A Little Athletics Centre was formed at the venue in 1982.
The venue has a synthetic long jump runway and high jump fan, and a synthetic cricket pitch on the infield.
The venue is leased by Toowong Harriers from the City of Brisbane.
