Dendy Park is located in the affluent Melbourne suburb of East Brighton.
The athletics track is part of a reserve that also includes a tennis club and soccer field. The track has been used since at least 1969, when Brighton Little Athletics became the third Little Athletics Centre founded in Victoria.
The venue was formerly the home of the now defunct Brighton Amateur Athletics Club.
The track has synthetic long jump runways and high jump fan.
The venue is accessible by the public outside of times where it is used by Brighton Little Athletics from October to March: competition on Saturday’s 8:15am to 11am (Friday twilight 6:00pm to 7:30pm) on long weekends, and training Tuesday (5:30pm to 6:30pm), Wednesday (5:00pm to 6:00pm) and Thursday (5:30pm to 6:30pm).
The venue is managed by Bayside City Council.
