The Tom Kelly Athletics Track is located in Doncaster in Melbourne’s east. The venue is named after respected athletics coach Tom Kelly, who was tragically killed in a hit and run accident in 2014 at the age of 80. Davies Reserve Athletics Track is located in Oakleigh South in Melbourne. The track has recently been converted to a grass track, replacing an ageing rubberised asphalt surface. The George Knott Reserve is located in Clifton Hill in Melbourne’s inner northern suburbs. The six lane track is named after the former Mayor of the City of Collingwood, who represented Australia in the 10,000m walk at the 1948 Olympics. The track was resurfaced in 2018. The Harold Stevens Athletics Track is located in Coburg in Melbourne’s northern suburbs. The venue was opened on 21 March 1971. A polyurethane track was laid in 1998 and last resurfaced in 2013.
