The NSW Masters Championships is open to athletes over the age of 30, with events conducted in five year age groups (30-34 years, 35-59 years etc).
The meet is conducted by Athletics NSW.

- The Campbelltown Athletics Centre was built in 1999 as a training track for international teams prior to the 2000 Olympic Games.
