The Adelaide Invitational is a World Athletics Continental Tour – Challenger meet accrues Category D ranking points for World Athletics Rankings.
The meet has been held in its current format since 2022 as an annual meet on Athletics Australia’s high performance circuit. Prior to this Adelaide had regularly held similar meets through to the 2014 season.
The event is conducted by Athletics Australia.
