The Adelaide Invitational is a World Athletics Continental Tour – Challenger meet accrues Category D ranking points for World Athletics Rankings. The one-day meet has been held annually since 2022 as part of Australian Athletics’s high performance circuit. Prior to this, Adelaide had regularly held similar meets through to the 2014 season. Wolfenden Oval is a grass athletics track located in the Caboolture Sports Complex in the Moreton Bay region of Queensland. Zammit Oval is located in Deception Bay, located approximately 30km north of Brisbane. The venue features a well maintained grass track with synthetic long jump runways.
