- 14 March 2026The Adelaide Invitational is a World Athletics Continental Tour – Challenger meet accrues Category D ranking points for World Athletics Rankings. The one-day meet has been held annually since 2022 as part of Australian Athletics’s high performance circuit. Prior to this, Adelaide had regularly held similar meets through to the 2014 season. - 19 March 2026–22 March 2026The NSW Open Championships date back to 1888 and are the oldest athletics championship event in Australia. Women’s state championshis were first held in 1926, and then regularly from 1932 under the auspices of the NSW Women’s Athletics Association.
